Privacy Policy

1. Who handles your data

Social Studio is run by AgentJoy LLC. For anything privacy related, email joy@agentjoy.io.

2. What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and password (stored encrypted, never in readable form).

Brand information you give us: business description, tone of voice, audience, offers, colours, fonts, website address and any images you upload.

Content you create here: captions, graphics, carousels, videos, ad copy, calendars and their schedules.

Connected social accounts: the access tokens the platform gives us so we can post on your behalf, plus the page or profile names you select.

Billing information: your plan, subscription status, invoices and usage counts. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Basic technical information such as errors and request logs, used to keep the service working.

3. How we use it

To run the service: generate content from your brand profile, store it, schedule it and publish it to the accounts you connected.

To handle payments, plans, trials, usage allowances and top-ups.

To support you, fix problems and keep the service secure.

To send service emails such as receipts, trial reminders and failed-payment notices. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

4. AI processing

To create captions, graphics, videos and ad copy, your brand profile and prompts are sent to AI model providers through our AI gateway. Only what is needed for that request is sent.

This content is used to produce your result, not to train public models by us.

5. Services we rely on

Hosting, database, authentication and file storage: Supabase infrastructure operated through Lovable Cloud.

Payments: Stripe.

Publishing and ads: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn and X where enabled.

AI generation: model providers reached through our AI gateway.

We do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your session. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

7. How long we keep things

Your account and content stay while your account is open. If you delete your account, we remove your brand profiles, media and generated content, and disconnect your social accounts.

We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

8. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw a connected account's access at any time from the studio.

To make a request, email joy@agentjoy.io and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, files are held in private storage that only you can read, and every table is protected so one customer can never see another's content. Access tokens for social accounts are kept server-side and never sent to your browser.

10. Children

Social Studio is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
